Remodeling his mother’s historic 19th century home has been real learning experience. Not only has Ty had to educate himself about building techniques of the 1800’s – the house has been basically rebuilt from the ground up - he has also given the project more than the usual amount of attention.
It is that attention to detail, the quality of workmanship, and the personal touch that set Professional Choice apart from its competitors.

That is the reason I make a special effort to be onsite 100 percent of the time. I want to be able to personally monitor the quality of construction on all of our projects.”

Ty believes that there is a certain standard of quality required in all types of construction – whether it is new or a remodel/restoration, residential or commercial - and he is never satisfied with just being “acceptable.” The goal for a Professional Choice project is to exceed what would be considered “just getting the job done” and raising the bar for his customers and himself.
