A giant, red chili pepper marks the site of the first commercial remodeling project for Professional Choice and Ty Perry – a new look for the Chili’s Grill & Bar, 426 N. Telshor Blvd., Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Through Chili’s, Professional Choice established ties with the restaurant’s parent company, Brinker International, to handle repairs and maintenance at the site. This led to the idea of establishing a service division to handle those type duties, as well as retail “finish-outs,” for other businesses.

Developed utilizing the Brinker International model, the service division of Professional Choice can apply the same valuable training and solid practices to other commercial customers and will, eventually, make their services available to residential customers – performing residential maintenance and repair services. The service division, staffed with trained customer service specialists, is able to handle any number of jobs such as tile repairs, painting, electrical, structural, and roofing repairs, closet organizers, and concrete patches.

The service division, representing exciting future growth, is poised to become the public face of Professional Choice Remodeling and Construction.
